The service and operator

Airy Planner is operated by Juan Antonio Gomez Pena, an individual based in Espírito Santo, Brazil. Contact support@airyplanner.com for product or account help. Initial public access is for adults aged 18 and over.

Your account and content

Keep your sign-in details secure and contact us if you suspect unauthorized access. You retain your rights in the content you create. We process it to provide the service as described in the privacy notice. Do not misuse the service, interfere with its security or access another person’s account.

Web subscriptions

When web purchasing opens, Paddle will act as the reseller and merchant of record for web orders processed through Paddle, including payment-related buyer support and returns. Monthly and annual subscriptions renew at the disclosed interval until cancelled. Review the price, taxes and renewal details before confirming any purchase. Google Play purchases follow Google Play’s purchase terms and subscription controls.

Cancellation, refunds and your data

Use the subscription controls provided by your payment provider to stop future renewals. Uninstalling the app or deleting an account does not cancel a subscription. See the refund policy for refund requests. Ending Premium does not remove the right to view, export or delete existing planner information.

Changes and consumer rights

We will publish material service or terms changes and communicate changes affecting an existing subscription where required. Nothing in these terms removes rights that applicable consumer law makes mandatory.
